Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager – Englewood Cliffs, NJ
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch from 1:00–2:00 PM)
Compensation: $55,000–$57,000 (flexible up to $65,000 for the right candidate)

LHH is working with a stable and well-established Northern New Jersey company is seeking a hands-on Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager to join their Englewood Cliffs headquarters. This is a permanent, 100% on-site position offering a family-oriented culture, long employee tenure, and excellent opportunities for cross-training and professional growth. Key Responsibilities:

Support the Accounts Receivable Manager with day-to-day departmental operations

Oversee and troubleshoot staff workflow; provide backup coverage during absences

Collaborate with management, site offices, and operations to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections

Prepare reconciliations, reports, and assist with special projects as needed

Interact professionally with residents and internal staff

Adapt to shifting priorities and handle a high volume of transactions efficiently
Qualifications:
-
3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including some supervisory exposure

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Flexible and adaptable team player with a problem-solving mindset
-
Experience with Yardi or MRI software a plus (not required)
