School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
A great school opportunity is now available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Midland Academy Charter School in Midland, Texas. This full-time, school-based contract position is for the 2026–2027 school year and will support a K-12 caseload.

Responsibilities:
· Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services.
· Support students with communication, articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs.
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
· Collaborate with teachers, families, related service providers, and school staff.
· Participate in IEP meetings and assist with documentation, progress monitoring, and treatment planning.
· Support a caseload of approximately 32 students within the K-12 grade range.
Experience:
· Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
· Experience supporting K-12 students is a plus.
Education/Requirements:
· Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License required.
· Must meet all state and district requirements for school-based SLP practice.
