JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst (Multiple Positions) REQUISITION #: DC-1421-25-Army G8 CLEARANCE: Minimum Secret clearance is required (TS/SCI for select positions) LOCATION: Washington DC REPORTS TO: SABG Program Manager FLSA STATUS: Regular Full-Time Exempt SUMMARY: SABG is hiring Senior Analysts to support the Army G-8 in multiple divisions. Requirements: Foundational operational experience in Army aviation units from company to brigade level; familiarity with aviation equipment types; knowledge and skills to manage ACAT II and III programsFires (FDG): Air/missile defense, artillery systems, CONOPS, Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS), Short Range Air Defense (SHORAD)Requirements: Doctrinal and practical experience with Joint operations, BMDS and Space activities; expertise with Army field artillery units and fire support; experience with Joint Theater Air and Missile Defense (JTAMD), Air and Missile Defense (AMD), artillery systems (TS clearance required)Focused Logistics (FDL): Sustainment, transportation, munitions, medical systems. Requirements: Operational experience in Army tactical formations/units; familiarity with tactical wheeled vehicles, Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles, Palletized Load System (PLS)/Heavy Trailers; experience with lethal/non-lethal munitions, direct/indirect fire munitions of all calibers as well as missiles and explosives; needs Ordnance/Quartermaster systems knowledge; garrison and field medical systems experience, medical doctrine regarding medical evaluation and levels of patient careFull Dimension Protection (FDB): Assured Mobility and Force Protection Support. Strategic analysis, decision support, programming data analysis, Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR) support, Army Requirements Review Board (AR2B) coordination. Requirements: Experience with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes; ability to conduct quality control reviews and develop strategic-level products for senior leadershipModernization Integration & Readiness (FDM): Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes, Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) integration, Regionally Aligned Readiness and Modernization Model (ReARMM) expertise. Requirements: Experience identifying equipment readiness and root causes of equipment un-readiness, proposing solutions where appropriate, and trend data analysis; identifying excess equipment and coordinating solutions to address excess; developing and assembling briefing books, reviewing assigned policies and regulations to make edits where appropriate; analysis of interoperability of capabilities between levels of modernization, conducting reviews and analysis to prepare senior leadership for support of Interoperability Assessment as part of the Strategic Readiness Tenet(s)Position Navigation Timing (FDC): Manages the Army’s Position Navigation and timing program efforts; Requirements: Operational experience with Mission Command Transport Applications; understanding tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with Army command, control, and communications systems; responsible for familiarity with mounted/dismounted and Alternative Navigation technologies and software. TS/SCI clearance required.Cyber (FDC): Manages the Army’s cyber program efforts, including Defensive Cyber operations technologies and software. Requirements: Experience with analyzing the establishment and revision of Army policies IAW AR 71-9 Warfighting Capabilities Determination; experience providing recommendations for the requirements determination process and other processes affecting the delivery of materiel capabilities; providing analysis and options for future materiel requirements including validation of Army and Joint documents; staffing and coordinating requirements products; managing and integrating information in KMDS/CAMs for assigned portfolios. TS to/SCI clearance required. SUPERVISION: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
