Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed business requirement documents and analysis reports.
• Ensure compliance with legal agreements, contracts, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee claim administration processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data analysis and documentation.
• Develop and manage AB testing strategies to evaluate potential solutions.
• Facilitate Agile workflows and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Compile, review, and organize documentation to support business operations.
• Liaise with teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within services requiring attention to detail or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for documentation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of legal agreements, compliance, and contract management.
• Ability to develop detailed business requirement documents and analysis documentation.
• Experience with claim administration processes and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and AB testing practices.
