A growing electrical contractor is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to support both preconstruction and project execution. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects from bid through closeout while driving profitability and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Estimating & Preconstruction

  • Prepare accurate electrical estimates from plans and specifications
  • Perform takeoffs and develop pricing for labor, materials, and equipment
  • Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotes and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Support bid strategy, risk analysis, and proposal development

Project Management

  • Manage projects from kickoff through completion
  • Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor progress, quality, and on-time delivery

Financial & Client Oversight

  • Track costs, productivity, and project profitability
  • Manage change orders, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, estimating, or project management
  • Strong ability to read electrical drawings and specifications
  • Experience managing projects and preparing estimates
  • Proficiency with Excel, estimating software, and project management tools
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
