THE BASICS

Pay:

  • $30–$40 an hour plus bonuses


Schedule:

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday, with shift options of 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM
  • Overtime availability
  • After-hours coverage
  • Part-time scheduling may also be discussed

YOUR DAY AS A DISPATCHER - OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Each day as our Dispatcher - Operations Specialist, you'll answer calls, assess customer needs, schedule leads, dispatch technicians, coordinate electrical projects, manage timelines and logistics, communicate with clients through completion, handle permits, support management, and perform light administrative tasks. You'll excel at keeping jobs moving, teams informed, and customers confident that they're in good hands.


REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR DISPATCHER - OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Requirements:

  • Project Coordinator or relevant experience
  • Experience working with PG&E
  • Experience obtaining city and county permits
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Basic typing and computer skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

Customer service experience is preferred, residential electrical knowledge is a plus, and we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and solid time management.
