Call Center Representative – Member & Provider Services (Bilingual Spanish Welcome)

Location: Remote (Work from Home) | Shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, including 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

We’re seeking a high-energy Call Center Representative to assist Members and Providers with questions about claims, eligibility, and benefits. This fast-paced role requires empathy, professionalism, and strong customer service skills. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

Answer inbound calls from Members and Providers

Provide information on claims, eligibility, and benefits

Maintain professionalism and empathy while controlling conversations

Use computer systems to access and update information (training provided)

Adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED

Customer service experience required; call center experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work assigned shifts and maintain excellent attendance

Perks:

$250 training completion bonus

$500 retention bonus after six months

Opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance

Requirements:

On-camera participation during training

No smoking or vaping during training or calls
