Sharpcontra is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing operations, campaign execution, and analytics. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team to drive projects forward, support client deliverables, and contribute to strategic initiatives that align with our brand mission.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities.

  • Create and proofread marketing materials including reports, presentations, and internal briefs.

  • Support client communication and help manage campaign timelines and deliverables.

  • Track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports for optimization purposes.

  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new marketing solutions and client strategies.

  • Manage updates to marketing documentation and internal databases.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience (internships and entry-level roles accepted).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and basic analytics platforms is a plus.
