Sharpcontra is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing operations, campaign execution, and analytics. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team to drive projects forward, support client deliverables, and contribute to strategic initiatives that align with our brand mission.
Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities.

Create and proofread marketing materials including reports, presentations, and internal briefs.

Support client communication and help manage campaign timelines and deliverables.

Track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports for optimization purposes.

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new marketing solutions and client strategies.

Manage updates to marketing documentation and internal databases.
Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of marketing experience (internships and entry-level roles accepted).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of CRM tools and basic analytics platforms is a plus.
