Our practice, like every office we support, is tailored to the community and the patients we serve. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required)
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience:
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- A desire to continue learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care
- Clinical requirements as needed by the office
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally
- Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
- As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
