Position Summary

Attract and hire the diverse talent necessary to sustain the needs of Colonial Parking

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, and working with hiring managers to recruit, interview, and hire ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Applicant Tracking System: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity.
  • Candidate communication: Communicating with candidates regarding interview logistics, updates, and feedback.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist with maintaining the referral program.
  • Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining job descriptions.
  • Handle and maintain the transfer process for internal candidates.
  • Reporting: generating recruitment reports to track progress and identify areas of improvement.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Providing general administrative support.
  • Building Relationships: Fostering positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • One year of experience of full lifecycle recruiting for salaried and hourly employees
  • Organizational Skills- excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Effective at generating a diverse and sustainable candidate flow
  • Knowledge and comfort using HR and applicant tracking systems (ADP WFN preferred)
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ability to get basic knowledge labor laws, including Title VII, OFCCP, other DOL regulations
  • Experience identifying and fostering relationships with community and industry-specific organizations, and schools,
  • Close attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Established experience in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Takes the initiative and has a high capacity for work
  • Creative problem solver
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations

Qualifications Desired
