Business Office Clerk
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and detail oriented Business Office Clerk. The Business Office Clerk is an entry-level administrative postition which supports the accounting office by performing the following responsibilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist all vendors/employees who come to the accounting office.
- Call lenders to verify vehicle payoffs and prepare the payment to those vendors.
- Post and prepare paperwork for dealer trades.
- Receipt incoming payments and manage the accounts receivables by calling past due vendors.
- Assist other office staff by filing and managing supplies.
- Stock in new and used vehicles, remit payment when necessary, and file the invoices.
- Any other administrative duties assigned by the office manager.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
