Job DescriptionJob Opportunity: Speech Pathologist

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Speech Pathologist to become a vital member of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals experiencing communication and swallowing challenges. You will create tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving the best possible rehabilitation results.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, you will provide education to both patients and their families, while meticulously documenting progress in line with regulatory requirements and hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and goals.
  • Document patient progress in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
