Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surgical suites and maintain sterile fields
- Handle instruments intraoperatively with accuracy
- Assist in patient positioning and safety
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize procedures
- Mentor and guide new team members
Qualifications:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) + BLS certification
- Experience across specialties: endoscopy, orthopedics, bariatrics, GYN, ENT, general surgery
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-volume cases
