Currently, we have a Client Service Specialist opportunity with a national provider of custom, sustainable solutions across the waste, recycling, and compliance services industry. The Client Service Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
**This is a Contract role for 3 months. Fully Remote**
Your specific duties will include:
- Engage regularly with dedicated groups of clients and vendors to address their needs and inquiries
- Handle overflow calls to support the assigned line of business
- Log into the CRM system daily to manage and prioritize the system queue according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up on outstanding issues and escalations promptly to ensure satisfactory resolution
- Dispatch service requests and track them through to completion
- Communicate extensively via email and phone with clients and vendors, including corporate-level contacts
- Issue purchase orders (P.O.s) and calculate additional charges as necessary
- Apply pricing knowledge to perform simple to moderate pricing analyses
- Research and troubleshoot issues using available resources before escalating to management
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- Prior experience in a client-facing or professional call center environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Pay Rate Range: $19.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
