About the Role

Were hiring an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead small crews (23 people) on landscape construction projects throughout the Twin Cities.This role is for someone who has already run jobs and directed crews and wants consistent work, realistic schedules, and the authority to manage their site without constant micromanagement.

What Youll Be Doing

• Running daytoday landscape construction projects from start to finish
• Leading and working alongside a 23 person crew
• Planning daily labor, materials, and equipment needs
• Reading plans/specs and translating them into clear direction
• Maintaining safety, quality, and clean jobsites
• Coordinating with project managers, customers, and subcontractors
• Completing daily reporting via smartphone (time, notes, inspections)
• Training and mentoring crew members

This is a working foreman role handson leadership, not stuck in a truck or office all day.

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of landscape construction or related construction experience
• Prior crew leadership or foreman experience
• Comfortable operating landscape and construction equipment
• Able to read and work from plans and job specifications
• Valid drivers license
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in MN conditions

English required.
Spanish skills are a strong plus and paid at a higher rate not required.

Pay & Benefits

• $2838/hour, based on experience and leadership level
