Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding school-based role supporting students in their communication and language development for the 26/27 school year. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work closely with elementary, middle, and high school students across a range of needs. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 3:30 pm, with a full-year contract covering 187 days (prorated based on the time of hire), and potential for continued placement into the following academic year if there’s a strong match.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligibility for state licensure
Previous experience within school settings or pediatric populations preferred
Familiarity with both direct therapy and consultative service delivery models
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and staff
Ability to manage a diverse caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels

Key Responsibilities:

Provide both direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students (38 elementary, 13 middle, and 1 high school student)
Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and document student progress
Collaborate with educators and families to support student success and promote generalization of skills
Participate in multidisciplinary teams, offering your expertise and recommendations
Maintain thorough, timely records and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
