A position is available for an experienced MRI technologist to provide advanced imaging services in a hospital setting. Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans utilizing Philips Achieva Siemens 1.5 T Sola equipment with proficiency, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety
- Operate Cerner, Unity PACS, and Inteview PACS systems for accurate image documentation and retrieval
- Manage scanning of patients with implanted devices, applying specialized protocols and precautions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal diagnostic services
- Adhere to hospital policies including attending orientation and complying with nicotine-free regulations
- Float between designated hospital sites as needed during shifts
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of MRI technologist experience in a hospital environment required; 2+ years preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with Philips Achieva MRI systems and scanning implanted devices
- Minimum of 1 year travel MRI experience highly valued
- ARRT (MR) certification and BLS required
- Comfortable working 12-hour weekend night shifts (1830-0700; FridaySunday)
- Ability to handle occasional floating between locations and adapt to schedule rotations
