Automotive Sales Consultant| Car Sales| Dealership Sales

We are seeking a results-driven Salesperson to join our sales team at our brand-new Kia dealership in Colorado Springs.

Are you motivated, outgoing, and ready to build a rewarding career in automotive sales? Faricy Kia is looking for driven individuals to join our growing team!

???? What You’ll Do:

• Help customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle
• Build relationships and provide a top-tier buying experience
• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, features, and promotions
• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer connections

???? What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Sales experience is a plus—but not required (we train the right people!)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

???? Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission-Based Pay (Earn $55,000 – $100,000 or more annually depending on Skill and Experience)
