We are currently seeking qualified applicants to join our team as a Credit Admin Specialist at our Wolfforth Banking Center. This schedule would be 8:00 - 5:00 M-F.


A Credit Admin Specialist’s main job function is to assist other lending staff in the progression of a loan request from its approval to closing, all while practicing a TEAM approach. This employee will be expected to perform their daily job duties using sound judgment and general guidance from management.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Meet Standard Operating Practices
  2. Review Loan Memorandums, Loan Memorandum Change Requests and other forms of review requests
  3. Review requests for proper approval
  4. Review and understand UCC searches, title commitments, settlement statements, insurance binders, flood certificates, title searches and other documents
  5. Review entity documents
  6. Credit exception tracking and clearing
  7. Input financial statements and tax returns into a loan platform
  8. Be familiar with Loan Policy
  9. Basic understanding of lien perfection
  10. Order Corporate and Debtor searches
  11. File UCC Liens and add Corporate and/or Debtor tracking
  12. Take minutes at various loan committees
  13. Organize and upload loan packages to the banks portal for loan committees
  14. Other duties as assigned by supervisor
  15. Comply with all federal, state, and bank policies, procedures, laws and regulations
  16. Adhere to all relevant security responsibilities as outlined in the Bank's Information Security Program and Written Security Program

Requirements:

Skills Required:

Knowledge Required:

  1. Customer and Personal Service
  2. PC Skills: Input data, edit and/or create documents or reports in bank systems as well as Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Knowledge of banking policies and procedures

Education and/or Experience

  1. Minimum of 2 years bank experience in a lending capacity.
  2. Minimum of 1 year documentation preparation experience.
