Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 5:45 AM

Pay:

• $14.50/hour base pay
  

• +$0.50/hour Attendance Bonus
  

• $15.00/hour total with bonus
  

About the Role:
Jack Laurie Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaning Technician for a night shift position in Van Wert, Ohio. This role takes place in an active industrial environment, where you’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary conditions while working around facility staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
  

• Clean production areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and other industrial spaces
  

• Maintain cleanliness standards around active machinery and working employees
  

• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
  

• Communicate professionally with facility staff when needed
  

Requirements:

• Steel-toe shoes required
  

• Must pass a criminal background check
  

• Able to perform physical work (standing, walking, bending, lifting)
  

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
