Location: Wilkes Barre, PA
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift)
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Support Representative I to join our Logistics team. As a liaison between the company and our customers, you’ll play an essential role in coordinating logistics activities with the warehouse and transportation operations. If you have a strong sense of urgency, advanced communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers, ensuring seamless logistics coordination
- Manage order processing and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments for multiple customers
- Provide customized reports and inventory information based on customer needs
- Oversee inventory management, including processing receipts, shipments, and bill of lading documentation
- Participate in and support customer inventories
Qualifications:
- Advanced communication, computer, and problem-solving skills
- Resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and highly organized
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High School Diploma
