We serve adults and teens across Rowan, Forsyth, Davidson, Clemmons, and Lexington, NC. Our team offers preventive care, chronic disease management, gynecology, cardiology, dermatology, medically supervised weight loss, allergy testing, and aesthetic services. We also provide walk-in and same-day appointments, onsite diagnostics, and personalized care for every patient. Our Practice has been recognized for our quality of care by being awarded the Community Care of NC Health Care Quality Award, United Healthcare Quality Awards, Aledade Quality Awards. Presently, we are a Level 3- Patient Centered Medical Home and a Level 3- Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Quality Physician Program.
???? What This Role is All About
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our award-winning team and provide primary health care services under the direction of our practice physicians. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
????️ Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate primary care services to patients under physician supervision
- Collaborate with the management team and physicians to ensure continuity of care
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical standards
✅ Requirements
- Graduate of an NCCPA-accredited PA program or ANCC-accredited NP program
- Licensed to practice in North Carolina
- NCCPA or ANCC certification required
- Current DEA registration, BLS, and ACLS (if clinical)
- New graduates and experienced applicants welcome
