Position: Associate Dentist - Private Practice

Employment Type: Full Time (4-5 days per week)
Salary: $200,000 - $350,000

- Carry out all essential dental procedures.

- Collaborate with the lead dentist on implant cases.
- Operate independently with full autonomy, while receiving support without micromanagement.
About the Practice:
This practice has been a cornerstone of the community for over 40 years and has a strong history of growth. Following a merger in 2023, we now operate from a modern, technologically advanced facility with eight operatories and over 4,000 active patients. We welcome an average of 27 new patients each month and are projected to exceed $2M in collections this year. Our environment is designed for efficiency, allowing you to have your own dedicated space, including two operatories, a lab, sterilization area, and shared hygienists. You will have the freedom to treat patients independently while also having access to mentorship as needed. Our culture emphasizes low drama, high efficiency, and continuous clinical development.
