Saunders Therapy Centers, Inc. is an employee-owned, outpatient orthopedic physical and occupational therapy practice with a sub-specialty in Industrial Rehabilitation services - Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Hardening programs.

The majority of our clients are recovering from injury/surgery and have had quality rehab, but they aren’t yet ready for the rigor of their hard jobs. With creativity and skill, we put the “finishing touches” on their rehab in our unique, work-like setting. Expertise with this special population is our calling at Saunders.
We need a full time PTA or COTA to join our Industrial Rehabilitation team in Bloomington. The perfect candidate has orthopedic and/or traumatic brain injury treatment experience, or a variety of labor jobs and/or exercise background. WE WILL TRAIN the right fit.
Compensation package consists of a competitive base salary, commensurate on experience, and an incentive commission.

Job Duties:
- Work with a great team, creating appropriate exercise programs and designing work simulations in an energetic, work-like, gym environment.
- Document treatments per Saunders standards
