We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN) to join a high-acuity hospital environment. This is an auto-offer position for candidates who meet all requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry skills, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to abnormalities
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments
• Strong cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Certifications & Licensure:

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact License – Required
• BLS (AHA or equivalent) – Required
• ACLS – Required
• NIHSS – Required
