ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

Temporary role with our client located west of Pittsburgh, PA. Estimated to be 2-3 month assignment.

Work Environment: Hybrid. Candidate must be based in Greater Pittsburgh area and be readily available to go on-site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for full cycle accounts payable - P.O. and non-P.O. invoices, matching, coding, processing checks and mailing out payments
• Working as part of a team with responsibilities for accounts payable - distributed among the group
• Utilizing accounting software and Microsoft Office / Excel for daily tasks
• Communicating with internal employees and external vendors as needed
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• Strong internships or 1+ year of full cycle accounts payable experience
• Strong detail orientation, and ability to work as part of a team
• Experience in accounting software and MS office required
