  • Job Summary:

    The Administrative Specialist will offer comprehensive administrative support across the organization. This role demands handling highly confidential information, necessitating an additional confidentiality agreement. The ideal candidate will exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software platforms, exceptional professional communication skills, outstanding research capabilities, business acumen, and a positive demeanor. Superior data entry, document organization, and record-keeping skills are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to executives and staff across the organization.
    • Primarily assist the following departments: Accounting, Purchasing, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
    • Conduct research and compile data for reports and projects.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records and files.
    • Assist with data entry and database management.
    • Coordinate and support organizational events and activities.
    • Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other software platforms.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent research and analytical skills.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational operations.
    • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills.
    • Excellent document organization and record-keeping abilities.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Must sign a confidentiality agreement upon hiring.

    Work Environment:

    • Office setting with standard office equipment.
