Position Highlights:

• Full-time, employed role

• Comprehensive OB/GYN practice

• Supportive, physician-led team atmosphere

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient duties

  • Average daily patient load: 20–25 patients

Available Resources and Equipment:

• 24/7 on-site CRNA support

• In-office ultrasound facilities

• 15 labor and delivery rooms

• 3 operating rooms

• On-site neonatologists

• Level 2 NICU available

• On-site hospitalist pediatricians

Mentorship Opportunities:

• Support and guidance available for new graduates

Candidate Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree is mandatory

• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC)

• Must hold a California medical license or be eligible to obtain one

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $310,000 - $450,000

• Compensation is influenced by various factors, including qualifications, experience, and individual productivity.
