Responsibilities:

  • Execute the preparation and plating of dishes according to our exacting standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation.


  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to maintain menu integrity, develop new recipes, and uphold culinary innovation.


  • Adhere to strict sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.


  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, managing multiple stations and tasks to meet service demands.


  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering communication, respect, and camaraderie among kitchen staff.
