Job Description Administrative Assistant Kansas City, MO | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Contract| up to $25ph. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a long-term client who is seeking a detail?oriented and dependable Temporary Administrative Assistant to support a busy office environment. This role provides general administrative and clerical support and is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast?paced setting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to team members
  • Answer phones, route calls, and respond to emails as needed
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with coordination
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and document organization
  • Support day?to?day office operations and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time?management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast?paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
