SNAPSHOT:
Rate of pay: $26.00 per hour
Contract assignment through the end of 2026
100% remote (cannot reside in CA, NY, AK, or HI)
Schedule: Will be assigned an 8-hour shift Monday-Sunday from 7:00am to 10:00pm CST. Must have ability to work OT as needed
No time off allowed October-December due to AEP

What’s a typical day as a Medicare Sales Agent? You’ll be:
• Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets by delivering high-quality sales presentations and closing sales effectively.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat leads to support business needs as necessary.
• Leveraging Artificial Intelligence to guide conversations and conduct needs analyses using consultative selling skills.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 2 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Maintain an active Health, Accident & (Life preferred) resident license, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Are proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook.
