Charge Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>As a Charge Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing and wound care departments.</li>
<li>You will supervise activities performed by the nurses in your nursing home.</li>
<li>You will be responsible for the quality and speed of care by your nursing staffs.</li>
<li>You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members.</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
Charge Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or higher, Master's preferred.</li>
<li>A valid, current nursing license in Illinois.</li>
<li>Current CPR certification.</li>
<li>At least three years experience as a nursing manager or supervisor in long term care.</li>
