We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to become a part of our team.
Location: 1976 Zumbehl Rd, Saint Charles, Missouri 63303
Work Schedule: Open to part-time options, Monday to Thursday from 7:45 AM to 5 PM.
This is a one-doctor practice utilizing Dentrix software!
Appointments include 60-minute recare sessions and 90-minute new patient visits.
Compensation is bi-weekly and hourly, with the option to enroll in Daily Pay for immediate access to earned wages.
Opportunities to earn daily and quarterly bonuses are available!
We provide advanced equipment including a Restin, iTero, and Velscope, along with coverage for continuing education!
To qualify for the full benefits package, full-time employees must work a minimum of 30 hours per week, which includes UnitedHealthcare PPO Health Care, paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, dental and vision coverage, wellness benefits, and more!

Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
- Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements

- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed prior to starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in the states of Florida and Tennessee.
