Job Description:

• Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Location:Grandview, MO
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Implement and monitor behavioral interventions and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistency in behavior management.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior analysis techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Required: Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in an educational or clinical setting.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Education: Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Other: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to the needs of diverse learners.
