About the Job
DSSW Home Care is hiring a detail-oriented Office Support Coordinator to join our Fort Worth team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare administration, HR onboarding, or staffing coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our home care team by managing new hire processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
️ Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing schedules, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling
- Manage new hire onboarding, including background checks, references, and credential verification
- Facilitate employee orientation and ensure all HR documentation is complete
- Maintain accurate personnel files and update HR software systems
- Support payroll, benefits, and employee data changes
- Assist with contractor onboarding and compliance paperwork
- Monitor license and certification renewals to ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide support for employee injury reporting and investigations
- Troubleshoot issues in HRIS and payroll systems
✅ Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
