This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with repetitive tasks that require precision. The role involves supporting the investment advisory team by handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
• Review investment files and gather critical information to populate new investment documents.
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry into various systems.
• Transfer data from reports into Excel spreadsheets for analysis and record-keeping.
• Handle online labeling, filing, and organizational tasks.
• Maintain focus on repetitive tasks while adhering to specific instructions.
• Take thorough notes and remain adaptable to additional assignments as needed.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Google Docs, Gmail, Adobe, DocuSign, and Yardi to complete daily tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative activities.
• Uphold the confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive investment-related information.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs for data management.
• Familiarity with software tools such as DocuSign and Yardi Property Management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Adaptability to take on varied assignments as needed.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration within the team.
• Experience in data entry and report extraction processes.
