What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a PCA at Divine Destination Homes, your role will be central to the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance. - Providing companionship and emotional support to residents. - Monitoring residents’ health and reporting changes to the RN or supervisor. - Supporting residents with mobility and ensuring their safety. - Helping to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. - Collaborating with team members to deliver personalized, high-quality care.
What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related field. - A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to caregiving. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Dependability and a commitment to providing excellent care. - The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. - A dedication to upholding the values of professionalism, respect, and kindness.
