Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Saint Louis, MO, serving K-12 students within a specialized educational setting. This contract position runs from January 5, 2026, through June 3, 2026, with options for both part-time and full-time schedules (up to 37.5 hours per week). Services will be provided at multiple school locations, including part-time support (three days per week) at an elementary school and full-time placement in a self-contained school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across the K-12 spectrum.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs.
- Implement therapy services in a culturally responsive manner, utilizing bilingual English-Spanish skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Missouri state license to practice as an SLP.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency strongly preferred.
- Experience working in school-based settings is desirable.
