Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting inventory organization and administrative tasks for year-end activities. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to vital operational processes while ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.

Responsibilities:
• Organize and categorize inventory items such as hats, shirts, coats, caps, and other wearable accessories.
• Maintain accurate records of goods and ensure proper documentation within the inventory system.
• Respond to inbound calls and provide thorough assistance to callers.
• Perform data entry tasks to update inventory and administrative records.
• Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing communications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and address administrative needs.
• Support office operations by managing supply levels and handling related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies during inventory and administrative processes.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or office support roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory organization and categorization.
• Experience handling receptionist duties and inbound calls.
• Competence with office software and systems.
