LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide light reception coverage. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take messages as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy and welcoming.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
Hours:
- 9:00am-5:00pm
- Monday through Friday
