As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within our organization’s Regional Float Pool, you will deliver nursing care across various hospital units and facilities, primarily during night shifts. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for adult and elderly patients in diverse clinical environments, including Medical-Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, and specialty units. Status: Full Time
Shift: Nights
Incentives:
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
- No Contract Required
- Base Pay: Based on Experience
- PLUS Regional Float Pool Perks AND Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $3.75 for Nights, $1.50 for Weekends

Qualifications:
- Required Education:
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensure:
- Must obtain and maintain a current LPN license in the state of practice, fulfilling all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Experience:
- At least one year of recent bedside LPN experience for Medical-Surgical units.
- For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside LPN experience is required.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic software
- Certifications (Required to Start):
- For Medical-Surgical: BLS
- For Critical Care: BLS, ACLS
- For Emergency Department: BLS, ACLS, & PALS
- IV certification is mandatory
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting/turning patients with assistance; capable of pushing/pulling/gripping up to 50 pounds
