Job Summary
The logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all outbound and inbound shipments to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods. This role works closely with warehouse staff, carriers, external factories and internal teams to maintain smooth shipping operations and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities
Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight providers
Prepare and process shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, invoices, customs paperwork, etc.)
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays
Verify shipment accuracy against orders and inventory records
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and shipping regulations
Maintain accurate shipping records and update systems as needed
Assist with inventory control and cycle counts when required
Support continuous improvement of shipping processes and cost efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
1–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
Knowledge of shipping methods, carriers, and freight documentation
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with shipping software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
