Job DescriptionPosition Title: Executive Assistant to C-Suite Leadership Location: Kansas City Missouri Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire | up to $75,000 annually Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected client to identify a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support their C-suite leadership team. This is a true executive-level opportunity requiring a seasoned professional with exceptional organizational capabilities, strategic foresight, and the ability to manage complex schedules and communications with discretion and poise. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Draft, edit, and manage confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate executive meetings, board sessions, and off-site events.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure seamless operations.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects with a high degree of autonomy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives in a corporate or high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and executive calendaring tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously is a plus.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
