Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Dentist to join our established, multi-specialty practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care in a supportive environment focused on quality, service, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

More treatment planning and exams then clinical but able to help out if needed.

  • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions with precision and compassion.
  • Deliver a full range of general dentistry services using sound clinical judgment.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Monitor patient progress and maintain complete, accurate clinical records.
  • Comply with all state regulations, licensing standards, and dental board requirements.
  • Collaborate with staff and specialists to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
  • Address clinical concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and patient well-being.

Qualifications

  • DDS/DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school.
  • Active, unrestricted state dental license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a U.S. dental practice or completion of a General Practice Residency.
  • Eligible for credentialing with insurance and government programs.
  • Strong communication skills and clinical proficiency across dental procedures.
  • Demonstrated abilities in critical thinking, decision-making, active listening, and problem-solving.
