We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal practice in Watauga, TX, part of the thriving Dallas–Fort Worth area.

🕒 Schedule That Supports Your Life
- Full-time, 4 days per week
- Hospital hours:
- Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sat: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (rotating, occasional)
- Sun: Closed
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $135,000–$155,000
- Exceptional 23% production bonus (no negative accrual)
- Sign-on bonus
- 4 weeks PTO
- $3,800+ CE allowance annually

👩 ⚕️ What We’re Looking For
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent)
- Active or eligible Texas veterinary license
