Job Description

KeyStaff Professionals is working with a well-established construction firm in search of an experienced Accounts Payable Lead. This is a full-time, in-office role offering strong leadership visibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact by streamlining financial processes.

Job Description:

Lead day-to-day AP operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and account maintenance
Supervise and mentor a small AP team
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and 1099 reporting
Support internal and external audits
Drive process improvements across the AP function
Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed

Requirements:

5+ years of Full Cycle Accounts Payable, AR and general accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Solid Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Vista Viewpoint is a plus)Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and open to taking on new challenges
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and interest in learning and growing
