Featured in Vogue, Allure, and Forbes, we’re expanding rapidly — and looking for a Head of CRO to architect and scale the next level of digital performance across our ecommerce ecosystem.
The Opportunity
This is a leadership role for a data-obsessed optimizer who lives at the intersection of analytics, design, psychology, and revenue growth.
You’ll own conversion across our funnels — from ad click to checkout — optimizing every touchpoint for engagement, clarity, and performance.
You’ll partner closely with creative, product, and performance marketing teams to test, learn, and scale what works, while building a CRO function that can continually drive profit growth.
What You’ll Do
1. CRO Leadership & Strategy
- Own and scale SRI Labs’ testing roadmap across landing pages, PDPs, and funnels.
- Define hypotheses and prioritize experiments that drive measurable uplift in CVR, AOV, and LTV.
- Translate customer insights and analytics into actionable test ideas.
2. Data-Driven Optimization
- Use tools like Google Optimize, Convert, or VWO (and GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to analyze performance.
- Develop frameworks for statistical significance and learning loops.
- Implement a rapid test-and-learn cadence across acquisition and retention touchpoints.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, and Product teams to align hypotheses and execution.
- Guide design and copy decisions using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Build reporting dashboards that visualize impact and learnings.
4. Funnel Innovation
- Rethink our funnels and checkout experience to reduce friction and maximize clarity.
- Introduce personalization and dynamic optimization tactics to improve UX and customer flow.
- Optimize for both short-term conversions and long-term customer value.

Who You Are
- 4+ years in CRO, growth marketing, or UX optimization, ideally for high-performing DTC brands.
- Expert in A/B testing platforms, analytics tools, and heat mapping software.
- You combine quantitative rigor with creative intuition.
- You’re fluent in statistical analysis, UX psychology, and revenue metrics.
- Deep understanding of Ecommerce KPIs (CTR, CVR, AOV, CPA, LTV).
- Strong communication skills — you turn data into stories and insights people act on.
