Job Summary

As a Production Supervisor at LTS Lohmann, you will play a critical role in overseeing our manufacturing & packaging operations. You'll lead a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the efficient production of high-quality, cGMP-regulated products.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West St. Paul, MN.

First Shift: 6:00am -2:30pm Mon-Fri

What You Will Do:

  • Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Quality Assurance: Champion our commitment to quality by enforcing cGMPs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Safety: Prioritize safety by ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Production Efficiency: Optimize production processes to meet output goals and minimize downtime.
  • Team Development: Invest in your team's growth through training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

Your Background:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in GMP regulations and quality systems.
