Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This assignment covers Extended School Year (ESY) services, running from June 15th to July 17th, with orientation the week of June 8th. The caseload may include supporting students at both the Red Oak campus and locations in Highland Park and surrounding communities. Schedules will be customized based on student needs as they are finalized.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current occupational therapy license in Illinois
- Prior experience in school settings, especially with pediatric populations
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
- Adaptable to varied caseloads and changing schedules
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy to students under the ESY program
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized therapy plans
- Document and monitor progress, maintaining accurate records
- Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students in different settings
- Collaborate with teachers and support teams to maximize student participation and goal achievement
- Attend required orientation prior to the ESY session
