What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action, making sure every guest has an amazing dining experience. Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading the front-of-house team with energy and enthusiasm
- Ensuring every guest leaves happy – great service is your superpower!
- Keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming
- Championing food safety and quality standards
- Assisting in hiring, training, and inspiring your team
- Jumping in wherever needed – because teamwork makes the dream work!
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of management experience in family or casual dining (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification (a plus!)
- A hands-on approach and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communicator, amazing team player and personable
- A genuine love for great food and great people
